This dress has V-neck center front slit lace up w/ ruflles all around neckline, short extended cap ruffle sleeves, empire waist bodice w/ waist band and side inseam tie back belt, gathered waistline at bottom, long ruffle tier skirt and lining on bodice and skirt only w/ center back zipper closure.
